The importance of "The Victim's Voice"

Published: 08/10/2024

On the 3 Oct SmileforJoel was invited as a guest speaker at Molineux Stadium, addressing over 150 attendees from various sectors. The event highlighted the importance of amplifying the ‘Victim’s Voice’ and emphasised the urgent need for increased government support for public first aid training. Additionally, the charity called on organisations and venues to evaluate their preparedness in responding to terrorist attacks, knife crimes, and murders—stressing that this readiness could be crucial in saving lives.
